Jolt Coffee Roasters Whole bean, Fazenda Nossa Senhora Das Graças, Brazil, Jolt

A Brazilian batch with intense dried fruit flavors: macadamia nuts, almonds and hazelnuts complement the sweetness of cocoa for very round espressos filled with sweetness. The Nossa Senhora das Graças farm has been a family business for 100 years, and is currently run by Maria and her daughters. Producing only coffee, they dry it on cement patios using traditional local methods. Their aim is to improve coffee productivity and quality, by investing in harvesting methods that benefit the environment. We recommend this coffee if you prepare it as an espresso on an automatic or traditional machine, or as a mocha, and if you're looking for something balanced between sweetness and fruit.
