Other selected varieties from Costa Rica, Haiti and Brazil also contribute to the taste profile of this blend, which represents the top of the range of Valentino Caffè products. In the espresso cup you will notice a foam with an especially subtle texture and a highly intense colour with reddish-brown tones.

The aromatic profile is broad, opening into floral and fruity notes. Its flavour offers the pleasure of a balanced bitterness. Medium acidity. Subtle taste. Great character.
