Description

Welcome back a stunning new harvest from the Jaguara group in Brazil, a family-run farm in the Sul de Minas region founded in 2001 by agronomist Antonio Wander. Today, André and Natalia manage the estate with a profound mission: to make the world a better place for the next generation. Beautifully roasted by the artisan Knopes, this selection comes from their "Jag Cult" lot, grown at an altitude of 1100m in the Santa Lucia micro-area. Their dedication to organic practices and agroforestry earned them a certified CO2 Negative status in 2023.

Artisanal Excellence on RoasterCup. The Yellow Catucai cherries are entirely hand-picked and undergo a meticulous dry (natural) process to lock in maximum sweetness. This freshly made roast, available on RoasterCup, highlights the rich, full-bodied, and comforting qualities that the Campo das Vertentes terroir is celebrated for, making it an excellent addition to your coffee ritual.

Flavor. Profile A beautifully smooth and comforting cup. You will enjoy an incredibly Creamy mouthfeel featuring indulgent notes of Milk Chocolate and a sweet, lingering finish of Cane Sugar.
