Knopés staple coffee with the designation “1936” representing its vision of a classic and accessible espresso. 

In pursuit of quality and consistency, Knopés selects coffee from a single farm / cooperative hence this specific blend could evolve over time. Currently, it uses beans from Honduras Capucas located in the Copản region and produced by the Cafetalera Capucas Limitada cooperative. Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira and Pacas varieties are harvested for the production of this washed and certified organic batch.

You will be seduced by the notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate and caramel of this Honduran coffee.

    Smells so good and very tasty coffee. Classic brew or cold brew with a french press, the taste is full of flavours with hints of chocolate.
