Whole bean, Las Perlitas, Colombia

Description

Watch out! If you like fruity coffees, don't miss this brand new Colombian selection: an explosion of red fruits and grapes with a silky texture.

Las Perlitas (the little pearls) is an experimental project that blends coffees from several smallholders in the Huila region who harvest exceptional micro-lots. Each season offers very high-grade selections with unique profiles. This year we've chosen this particular lot, which includes Pink Bourbon and Geisha, for incredibly fruity cups.

We recommend this coffee if you brew it with a filter, a French press or other soft brewing methods, and if you're looking for something silky and fruity.
