Ground coffee, Bombe Abore, Ethiopia

Description

We loved the previous harvest and here we go again with this fresh lot from Bombe Abore, for a very typical Ethiopian selection: notes of blueberry, peach and black tea, over a relatively floral and spicy backdrop.

Set in the lush and sunny weather of the Sidama region hills, the Abore station works with around 1,000 local farmers to produce very high quality lots under the tutelage of Daye Bensa, who won several Cup of Excellence awards recently. This natural process selection is placed on African beds for between 16 and 25 days, depending on the weather.

We recommend this coffee if you brew it with a filter, a French press or other soft brewing methods, and if you're looking for something floral and fruity.
