The Bob-o-Link originates from Sao Paulo, Brazil, from the Santa Rita do Morro Grande farm.
To produce a specialty coffee, Enison and his wife Lia Lopes pay particular attention to soil quality: they use organic compost and plant shade trees. Enison plans to convert his farm to a fully organic operation.
