Finca Las Lajas – Costa Rica from Jolt Coffee Roasters is a compelling specialty coffee, freshly roasted and crafted with precision and purpose. Grown on the slopes of an ancient volcano at about 1,700 metres, producers Oscar Chacón and Francisca Chacón manage Finca Las Lajas with a forward‑thinking approach to quality and sustainability.

This microlot features the Casiopea (Casiopeia) variety treated by their “Black Diamond” natural process. That means cherries are dried slowly on raised beds and then in covered patios for up to 30 days, resulting in outstanding clarity, sweetness, fruit complexity and texture.

In the cup you’ll find deep notes of dark chocolate balanced by floral aromatics and strong blueberry character. The body is luscious and creamy, with intense fruit clarity and an elegant finish.
