Artisanal Precision Every bag of Antonio is freshly made to ensure the peak expression of its terroir. Álvaro Coli harvests the cherries by hand and dries them slowly on African beds or concrete patios. The result of this meticulous care is an 85.5 SCA score coffee, roasted specifically for espresso to reveal a perfect balance between gourmand notes and unexpected fruitiness.
