By selecting green coffees from around the world with immense patience and attention, the roastery has established itself as a beacon of artisanal quality, earning the prestigious title of Best Roaster in France in 2016.

Like a blacksmith shaping raw material, we roast coffee to extract the maximum amount of aromatic compounds, revealing hidden flavors without ever destroying them.
