Mokana Café was born from a deep passion for specialty coffee and an initiatory journey through Colombia. More than just a brand, it is a sensory bridge between the Andean mountains and French terroirs. Guided by the expertise of Colombian producers and baristas, Arthur, the founder, brought back authentic craftsmanship from the source to offer a coffee that is easy to love yet remarkably complex.
All our coffees are rigorously selected and graded according to SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) standards. We focus on exceptional varieties such as Bourbon Sidra, Bourbon Rouge, and our signature Los Angeles blend, harvested in the Huila region. Every bean tells the story of a producer, a farm, and a passion.
The magic happens in the wild landscapes of the Monts d'Arrée in Brittany. We practice slow, precise artisanal roasting, tailored to each profile to reveal the bean's soul—from the chocolatey, indulgent notes of espresso to the vibrant, fruity acidity of filter brews.
