RoasterCup proudly presents Café Solo, an independent roastery that has been crafting exceptional coffees in Montpellier since 1991. From their workshop at 30 rue Saint-Guilhem, Café Solo carefully selects green coffees from small-scale farms around the world, then roasts them on-site to bring out their full character and complexity.
Each origin is chosen for its traceability, unique aromatic profile, and the commitment of the producer to quality and sustainability. Many of their coffees come from high-altitude farms or agroforestry systems, where biodiversity and respectful farming practices are the norm.
With more than 30 years of roasting experience, Café Solo combines heritage with an ever-curious approach to sourcing and roasting.
