Plesant taste, not acidic, soft bitterness. Nice smell. Good prepared as an esspreso or French press.
We first tried this as a filter pour over which was fine but it really improved in a Chemex with a soft cotton filter. Lovely flavours and very satisfying. Will buy again
Amazing taste and definitely a different coffee from the rest. Delivery was quick with 1 week from roast date. Maybe make it in 100g given price. Other than that just perfect!
